Halley Loras Bio
HalleyLoras is Space Princess Magical Girl Vtuber. Her Vtuber is inspired heavily by the works of Naoko Takeuchi. By showing confidence in her own self expression she wants to inspire others to be true to themselves, and show that there is strength in being unabashedly feminine.
She has been streaming on twitch for four years, playing a variety of games. With a focus on the rhythm game Hatsune Miku Colorful Stage. Halley wishes to create a warm and welcoming space for all who watched her.
Artist Statement
My artwork depicts my Vtuber Halley Loras and the rich immersive world around her. The visual style is inspired by the work of Naoko Takeuchi, Tetsuya Nomura Japanese street fashion and much more. But the work of Takeuchi profoundly shaped me, her storytelling and artistry inspires my exploration of strength through femininity.
Themes woven throughout my work include the beautiful awe of the universe and my journey toward self-actualization as an aroace individual (someone who experiences no romantic or sexual attraction to others). My art often features the colors of my pride flag. I aim to express the wonder I see in the world and the beauty I recognize in others, independent of romantic attraction.
Above all, I hope my work offers comfort and inspiration to those who need it—especially anyone navigating questions of identity or struggling to find magic in their own lives. I want the confidence I’ve found in myself to help spark confidence in them.
