Meet Halley Loras

The base design for Halley Loras is her everyday wear Starting up top

she has ginger hair, green eyes, fair skin, and has freckles on her face

shoulder elbow and knees. I want her to have fun and interesting features and still feel grounded in reality. Her costumes features Blues, White, and Gold to represent the Aroace flag. As well as invoke the imagery of space and Comets. Comets that are compromised of Ice and dust and trail Blue fire. Her everyday outfit takes more inspiration from 1990s-2000s Japanese street fashion, specifically Harajuku subcultures, Visual Kei, and Y2K raver/hip-hop styles.
